The story behind this story is a love story in Venice, California.

The story is a creative montage of the worlds Richard Del Connor lived in during the 1960s and 1970s.  

New World Pictures asked Richard to transform the popular night club rock opera concert show into a feature film movie with dialogue and less symbolism.

Richard said he wanted the movie to be a "MUSIC MOVIE" but NOT a musical.  The characters/actors never sing their songs.
